Fitting it
- Walls must be dry, sound and uniformly coloured — patch and prime first.
- Book the paper after pasting and let it relax before hanging.
- Reverse-hang alternate drops on the striated families to even out the shading.
- Check every roll against the same batch number before you start.
- Trim at the skirting with a sharp blade and a broad knife.
Looking after it
- Dust with a dry cloth or a soft brush attachment.
- Spot-clean gently — embossed grounds hold dirt in the relief.
- Keep steam off the joints for the first week.
